Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used and the choices you have. Brian Drinkwine Ministries (“we”) operates briandrinkwine.com.

Messages you send

When you use the contact form, the information you enter (such as your name, email address, phone number, inquiry type and message) is sent to Brian by email so he can respond. It is used only to respond to your message.

Form submissions are not saved in the website’s database. They exist in Brian’s email inbox, which is managed with Microsoft 365.

Prayer requests

Prayer requests are never published and are not stored on this website. Your name and email address are optional for prayer requests. If you ask for a personal response, we use the contact details you provide only for that response.

Spam protection

To prevent abuse of the contact form, the website keeps a one-way, scrambled code derived from your internet address for up to one hour, together with a count of messages sent. It cannot be turned back into your address and is deleted automatically.

Cookies and storage on your device

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not use tracking pixels. Two features store small notes in your own browser (not on our server): the Allegiance Self-Assessment keeps your answers and results on your device so you can return to them, and the website remembers whether you closed The Kingdom Way invitation so it does not keep reappearing. You can clear these at any time by clearing your browser’s site data. Logged-in site administrators receive standard WordPress cookies.

Videos

Sermon videos are shown as preview images loaded from YouTube’s image servers. The YouTube player itself loads only when you press play, and it uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced (no-cookie) mode. Once you play a video, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.

Other websites

This website links to other services, including Amazon (books), Heartbeat (The Clearing), Sow (donations), Facebook and YouTube, and to the text-subscription service for The Kingdom Way. Those services have their own privacy policies.

Hosting

The website is hosted by GoDaddy. Like most web hosts, its servers may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you from messages you have sent, or ask us to delete it, by using the contact form.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
